Great Skin in Your Thirthies

Rules for a Beautiful Future
In your thirties, sunlight and environmental pollution will have begun to have noticeable effects on your skin’s collagen.
And with collagen production naturally dropping, you might be noticing some wrinkles and sagging as your
skin doesn't bounce back quite as readily as it used to.
Keep a cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen as part of your daily regimen.
To counter the damage being done by the environment,
it’s also important to get a balanced diet rich in antioxidants such as vitamins A, B, C and E.
These and other powerful antioxidants protect your skin against free radical damage and help your skin repair itself, and stay healthy looking and moist.
Finally, a product that contains polyhydroxy acids (PHAs) can help stimulate cell renewal and
enhance your skin’s radiance for a smooth, more youthful looking complexion.

You might also like to try a home microdermabrasion treatment.
This kind of treatment can quickly and gently polish your skin while removing dull skin cells and toxins for a fresher, healthier looking appearance.
By understanding both the essential, daily needs and the advanced needs of your skin,
you can easily create a regimen that meets those needs.
You can do this by incorporating specific regimen steps and specially formulated products into your daily routine.
It’s important to remember that the best skin care products are designed to work synergistically to meet the essential needs of the skin.
As they do this, they maintain and enhance the health and natural beauty of the skin.
A product that is highly recommend is ageLOC Transformation Elements
This complete and comprehensive skin care system cleanses, purifies, renews, moisturizes, and reveals younger looking skin in eight ways—for a more youthful, healthier looking you now and in the future.

Aging Shouldn't Hurt

Truth is we will all age sooner or later. It's just that some will age better than others. There are many factors why this is. There's the genetic factor and the environmental
It seems to me  that the concern about aging has been around since the beginning  of time.  According to legends Cleopatra was always at the spa to keep herself looking youthful. Ponte Deleon was in search of the fountain of youth for Spain and Benjamin Franklin once said this about aging “Wish not so much to live long as to live well’.  There are many others since then that have created the proverbial “snake oil “ potions  to keep us healthy or live longer. There are still many of those kinds of products on today’s market that tout that they are the secret weapon against aging. If that quest wasn't such a concern why is that it’s a trillion dollar industry?  As Joe Chang states in his introduction in his book “The Aging Myth”, ”We all age, but do we  have  to stumble blindly down the years…” .
I think we’re only kidding ourselves when we buy into the often heard statement that it’s a state of mind or you’re only as old or young as you feel. That’s partly true and partly myth. We tell that lie t to ourselves when we think we can’t do anything about it or don’t want to do anything about it. Truth is always reflected back in the mirror.

Fortunately we live in age where science has had many break through to keep us healthier and younger. The baby boomers are expected to live longer and healthier than their parents to such a degree that there it’s been a great concern in Washington. Information abounds everywhere on how to eat better, exercise, even learning new things to keep our minds sharp and let’s not forget how to improve our appearance  looking youthful. We all have heard the expression the sixties is the new fifties and the fifties is the new forties.  In decades to come we’ll be chanting a hundred is the new seventies. Personally I hope so. I would love to be that age and still have the same or close the vitality I have today. I want to look younger but without needles, knives or other potentially harmful products on or in my body. If that is you as well then you are the person(s) that will benefit from the information that I want to share.  I’ll cover various topics  on exercise, nutrition, skincare , supplements and  the science of aging.

On my website you'll discover that I've categorized products according to age needs or problem areas.
All these products are money back guaranteed and  I am more than willing to discuss your particular needs.
