Is the Search of the Elusive Fountain of Youth Beyond our Reach?

Do you believe your aging destiny is inherited?

Do you sometimes  wonder why some people look and feel younger then their actual age while others quite the opposite is true?

The search for the elusive fountain of youth may not be that mysterious.
 In fact it may be just right under our noses. Joseph Chang PHD wrote his book "The Aging Myth" to unlock the mysteries of aging.
He and his colleagues have researched  what controls our aging process and together  have been able to identify and target to reset the aging-related genes.
This compelling evidence will encourage us to put the fear of the ravages of aging aside and live a more youthful life even though our birth certificate tells us different.

I  to was on such a quest and then his book came into to  my life.

The reason why I was on this quest was simply because one day I looked in the mirror and another face and body was looking back at me and I didn't know who it was.
I think most of us over the age of fifty has that same reaction but what can we do it about it?
In the past nothing  you just got freaking old end of story.
I dreaded the thought of looking and feeling  like the old people.I've seen all my life.
Complaining of the aches and pains that old people have.
Looking like the dried up apple faces
Dragging our butts around in slow mo.
I didn't want any part of that. Do you?
I wanted to fight the ravages of aging but I didn't have any weapons except for exercising and eating healthy foods. Those were good but not enough
I also didn't want to put a scalpel  to my face or needles or use products that would just plump up the skin  so what's a woman to do?
Fortunately, I found the right products for me that target the source of aging.

Doctors are recommending that we get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep every night.

One doctor explains it in a very simple way. 
He used the example of an office building. 
At night  all the office workers go home  and the cleaning crew comes in to cleans the offices and the building to get it ready for work the next day. 
Our bodies and brains do the same thing.
 At night when we're sleeping the cleaning crew (cells) comes in repairs/cleans the damaged cells,dumps the free radicals ,sets everything in order for the work for the next day.
 However,if the cleaning crew only has a few short hours to work in they can't get all the housekeeping chores done right. It'll be a slip shoddy job.

 The discovery can lead to creating treatments for boosting SirT3 production and keep brain cells safe.
Not only will sleep protect the brain cells but let's not forget that it will help the rest of the body to slow the aging process.

2 Distinct Causes of Aging Skin?

There are 2 distinct causes of the aging skin and body and at some time or another we all feel helpless about those effects of aging. We think that we can't do anything about it but that myth is changing rapidly. Most of look forward not only to living longer but,  we want to have a full life with vim and vigor and not the debilitating process our parent or grandparents have experienced.
True, we can't stop the progression of aging but,  it does beat the alternative .
